Extended Warranty Plan with One-Time Breakage Insurance Coverage

Warranty Terms and Conditions

• Proof of purchase is required to claim the warranty.
• Repairs during the warranty period shall be carried out only by company-authorized personnel.
• If any part of the unit is repaired, the warranty will continue to remain in force only for the unexpired period of the original warranty. The time taken for repairs and transit, whether
under warranty or otherwise, shall not be excluded from the warranty period.
• If any damage to the product or misuse is detected by authorized service center personnel, the warranty will not be applicable. Repairs will be carried out subject to the availability of parts and will be chargeable.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances where spare parts are unavailable, the company’s prevailing depreciation rules will apply as a commercial solution in lieu of repairs.

THIS WARRANTY IS NOT APPLICABLE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

• Defects caused by improper use, as determined by the authorized service center or company personnel. The warranty shall be void if the product has failed due to conditions such as water damage, misuse, etc.
• Any modifications or alterations made to the circuitry by the purchaser or unauthorized personnel, as determined by company personnel.
• Use of the product in conditions that do not conform to the recommended operating environment.
• Defects caused by external factors beyond control, including lightning, abnormal voltage, natural disasters (acts of God), or damages incurred during transit.
• Damages caused by household pests, such as rats, cockroaches, or other animals or insects.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

The company is not liable for any direct or indirect losses, including but not limited to:
• Third-party claims against the customer for losses or damages.
• Loss or damage to records, information, or data.
• Economic or consequential damages, including lost profits.
• The battery is not covered under an extended warranty.
• NOTE: Customers are advised to back up all data before submitting the unit for repair.

Breakage Insurance – Terms & Conditions

1. A deductible Excess amount of 10% of the claim amount will apply, with a minimum of Rs. 5,000 per unit.
2. The extended insurance covers breakage only, and is limited to the following parts:
o OLED (screen)
o Metal front cover
o Back cover
3. The customer must provide a valid government ID proof and purchase invoice, both in the same name.
4. In cases where the device has been purchased under a company/firm name, the claimant shall be required to submit supporting documents, including but not limited to Company ID/PAN registration, or other valid business registration documents, for verification purposes.
5. The insurance claim can be availed only once during the extended coverage period
