The company operates under a 30-year Build, Own, Operate & Transfer (BOOT) agreement signed in 2010 with the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) to manage and enhance facilities at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA)—Nepal’s primary international gateway.

IMS Airport Services manages 288,987.34 sq. ft. of prime airport land, with 279,211.82 sq. ft. dedicated to physical infrastructure supporting passenger services, tourism, and commercial operations. In addition, the company oversees 9,957 sq. ft. of dedicated commercial space, designed to house retail outlets, service counters, and other passenger-focused businesses.
