Job Description

  1. Vendor & Category Management (Baby Care Stationary and Electronics)
  • Source, onboard, and manage vendors/suppliers of baby care and electronics category
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, MOQs, and SLAs with vendors to ensure competitive margins and product availability
  • Meet with potential vendors to assess products, negotiate prices, and address concerns
  • Manage vendor onboarding, documentation, and contract initiation processes
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure all products meet safety standards and regulatory compliance for infant/child use
  • Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with logistics to prevent stock outs
  • Analyze sales performance, vendor performance metrics, and category profitability; recommend improvements
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with approved vendors
  • Monitor vendor performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs; prepare regular performance reports
  • Coordinate vendor review meetings and follow up on action items
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and vendor audits
  • Receive and analyze requisitions from internal teams for products/services
  • Ensure items are in stock at the appropriate time and in optimal condition
  • Verify accuracy and quality of orders before confirming receipt
  • Contact suppliers regarding incomplete deliveries and follow up on future expectations
  • Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and service levels with vendors
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure contract compliance and cost validation
  • Assess vendor risk and compliance; escalate issues to relevant stakeholders
  • Prepare reports on vendor performance, expenditure trends, and cost-saving opportunities
  • Sharing a promotional list to the marketing team.
  1. B2B Sales & Corporate Coordination
  • Identify and pursue B2B opportunities with corporate houses, hospitals, maternity clinics, daycare centers, retail chains, and institutional buyers
  • Develop customized proposals and bulk-order packages for corporate clients interested in baby care electronics and stationaries
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts; ensure high satisfaction and repeat business
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to execute B2B campaigns, promotions, and fulfillment.

Job Specification
