Job Description

Talent Acquisition:
• Lead and manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing strategies.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
• Conduct thorough reference checks and background verifications.
Onboarding and Orientation:
• Coordinate and conduct induction and orientation programs for new hires, ensuring they understand the company culture, policies, and procedures.
• Facilitate the smooth integration of new employees into the team and provide ongoing support during the probation period.
Tour Claim Management:
• Oversee and manage the processing of travel claims and reimbursement for employees in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of travel-related expenses.

Event Management:
• Plan, coordinate, and execute internal events, such as team-building activities, workshops, and meetings.
• Liaise with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth event logistics.
Office Supplies & Budget Management:
• Maintain an inventory of office supplies, ensuring timely restocking and cost-effective procurement.
• Monitor and manage the department’s budget related to recruitment, events, and office supplies.
• Review and evaluate quotations from vendors to ensure competitive pricing and quality service.
Administrative Duties:
• Provide administrative support for various HR functions, including maintaining accurate records of employee data.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process.

Job Specification

The Senior Talent Acquisition Executive will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top-tier talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs.
